Really enjoyed staff and amenities, everything was clean and good. The bread and meats in the restaurant were much appreciated.

We liked our 3 nights here. The restaurant here was pleasant with incredibly friendly and professional staff, we both ordered excellent dishes. The location was stunning, a 10-15 minute walk from a botanical garden.

Enjoyed staff and food, they were very good. Plenty of food at the breakfast, including fresh bread and meats.

Wi-Fi cut out a lot, made me a little nervous.

The breakfasts were savoury and the service was terrific. Staff were happy to help and made sure that I had really enjoyable stay. The pool was excellent and I had cool drinks in the English bar. Ideal location relatively near tranquil gardens.

It made my trip to Furnas a pleasant enough experience. Queen room had upgrades, it was spotless and spotless. Loved the full English breakfast, croissants, fresh bread, meats, eggs and pastries were fab. Great lobby. Carbonated beers and soft drinks in the roof top bar, free parking place.

Appetising food, absolutely perfect staff. Central location, not too far from caldeiras vulcanicas. Cozy room and private bathroom with all necessary facilities. Fairly clean place and attentive service.

We recommend this hotel for its staff and food. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was good there, all you need for a relaxing stay. Also, the venue' s location was not far from a civil parish.
